Tuesday's Question

What is your dream job? What have you done to succeed in getting hired?

As I'm still in High School, I'm not completely sure of what I want to do. I've always wanted to study Engineering, although I've never been sure of what kind of Engineering. Another thing I imagine myself doing is working with Business - so,  it comes the idea of Business Engineering. Despite that, as I said, I'm not entirely sure.
Thinking about this goal, the thing I do to focus and try to achieve it is studying everyday after I come from school. Doing exercises is always a good way of fixing the subject I just learned. In Brazil, as the best Universities in the country are Public, and not Private as in most of the countries, to get into an University you have to do an Exam and, depending on your grade, you can be approved for the best Universities. In conclusion, your grade in this Exam is the most important thing for you future. Because of that, studying hard is the best way to get into a good University and graduating in your dream major, so then you can work with your dream job.

Monday's Question

What do you think your personal brand is?

It's kind of tough to answer to a question about myself. Actually, I think people like my friends and family know me better than I do. However, thinking critically, I think if a person that doesn't know me goes to my Facebook profile, for example, they will have the impression that I'm a guy that loves to be with his friends and family, due to the pictures I post, for example.
I also post songs I like and opinions I have, not worrying about other people's opinion. Usually, I try to be myself on the things I post - sometimes, I even regret about some things I uploaded to my Facebook. :D

The impression I would like people to have from me:

A guy that is really connected to music and friends.

Classroom Lesson: How to tune a guitar

On Monday's class, I'll teach the class the technique I use to tune a guitar since I started playing. It is really simple and useful.
The first thing you need to know is that are two ways of tuning:
- Tuning the guitar by itself, which only means that the guitar strings will be "synchronized", not exactly in the correct notes (E, A, D, G, B, E). In this way you can start by the approximate sound of any note, just remembering, without being completely accurate.
- Tuning the guitar with the exact notes. To tune this way, you have to have a reference of any note so you can start and tune the other strings.

This is an example of a reference. In this video, you can listen to the sound of the first note of the standart tuning of the guitar, the E note.

This is an example of the scheme of the guitar strings

Tuesday's Question: Luck or Destiny?

Hi guys! Today I'm going to answer a question that was in the Class Blog. The question is:

What do you believe in, luck or destiny?

I'm actually not sure about this. I think there's the possibility of both being true, because even though in life some things happen at random, some things are meant to be. For example: If you work really hard, at least once you'll get what you want, and this for me would be consider as destiny: it was meant to be because of your hard work. But, of course, sometimes you work hard and you don't get what you want, that's part of life.
